Phillip Casella is a highly accomplished entrepreneur with a wealth of experience spanning multiple industries, including wine, FMCG, and energy.

He is known for his leadership in scaling businesses and driving global market expansion. With a passion for innovation and a results-oriented approach, Phillip has successfully navigated complex markets, built influential brands, and developed strategic solutions across diverse sectors.

Phillip’s career began with a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Oenology, which laid the foundation for his deep expertise in the wine industry.

He played a key role at Casella Family Brands, where he contributed to the creation and growth of Yellowtail, helping it becomes one of the top 5 wine brands in the world. His hands-on approach and strategic vision allowed the brand to thrive on a global scale.

Following his success in the wine sector, Phillip transitioned into the FMCG industry, where he developed a bespoke private label product development and manufacturing business for the Australian supermarket chains.

This venture quickly expanded to over 50 products, securing shelf space in all three major Australian supermarkets before he sold the business, marking a significant achievement in his entrepreneurial journey.

Phillip then ventured into the direct-to-consumer space, setting up and running one of Australia’s largest wine businesses, which grew to over 300,000 members. His focus on customer engagement and operational efficiency drove the growth of the business and established it as a leader in the direct- to-consumer wine market.

Currently, Phillip is focused on the global supply and logistics of diesel fuels and jet fuel through CH Hydrocarbons.

He established the company with a vision to facilitate commodity exports to emerging markets, bridging cultural and economic gaps. CH Hydrocarbons operates worldwide, working primarily with large corporations to ensure reliable and efficient fuel distribution across various regions.

With a solid foundation in business development, supply chain management, and global market expansion, Phillip continues to lead and innovate in his various ventures.

His ability to streamline operations and create long- term value in competitive industries sets him apart as a dynamic and influential leader.

-SALES DIRECTOR

As Director of Sales at CH Hydrocarbons, Philip specialises in building strong customer relationships and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

With over 20 years of experience in international trade, He has been involved in multiple import trading businesses, bringing deep expertise in executing global transactions.

Previously, Philip founded an FMCG production business that developed and produced over 50 products for all major Australian supermarkets. He has also successfully created and expanded multiple beverage brands that now operate in both Australian and international markets.

Philip’s expertise extends to procurement, where I have built a long-standing, trusted network of global suppliers, ensuring seamless access to high-quality raw materials and commodities.

Passionate about innovation, market expansion, and delivering value-driven solutions, I continue to drive success through strong industry insights and long- term collaborations.

GEORGE CLANCY
-HEAD OF SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT

George Clancy brings over 29 years of international experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with expertise in both offshore and onshore operations.

Throughout his career, he has held key management positions in Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Turkmenistan, Trinidad, Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia, and Uzbekistan, working with both major and independent oil and gas producers.

In his most recent role as General Manager of Operations for Condor Energies, George leads the development of eight gas fields in Uzbekistan, overseeing a daily gas production rate of 2 million standard cubic meters (MMscm/d).

Prior to this, George served as General Director of Operations for Condor Petroleum’s Kazakhstan operations.

He played a pivotal role in the development of the Zharkamys West oil field in Aktobe, Kazakhstan. Additionally, George was involved in the successful expansion of Condor’s international operations and was a key member of Condor’s leadership team during the successful acquisition of Marsa Energy’s operations in Turkey in 2015.

Since mid-2016, he has played a crucial role in the field development planning, facility design, and commissioning of a 15 million standard cubic feet per day (MMscf/d) gas compression facility.

In addition to his operational roles, George is a founder and Director of Global Energy Integrated Solutions (GEIS), a company that provides

 advisory, consultancy, technical, and management services across the entire oil and gas business cycle. GEIS has offices registered in the Turks & Caicos Islands, with its corporate office based

in Athens, Greece, and an associate office established in Doha, Qatar.

As Chief Financial Officer, Raamy brings over 20 yearsof expertise in the banking and financial services industry, with a strong track record in executive leadership, compliance, and financial strategy.

He has held Senior Executive roles at some of Australia’s largest banks and financial service providers, gaining deep insights into regulatory frameworks, risk management, and corporate finance.

With a comprehensive understanding of banking compliance and regulations, Raamy specialised in navigating complex financial landscapes while ensuring operational integrity and strategic growth.

Holding a master’s in business and administration from Brazil and multiple advanced degrees in Business and Management from Australia, Antunes has cultivated a deep understanding of international business dynamics.

His extensive career spans leadership roles, including ownership of two successful companies before relocating to Australia, where he has since dedicated his expertise to facilitating business interactions and. fostering strong commercial relationships-particularly between Brazil, his originally birthplace country, Europe, due to his German citizenship roots, and the global market.

Glenn leads the company’s efforts in designing and managing customized logistics and infrastructure systems that support the global flow of crude oil, refined fuels, and energy derivatives.

His expertise spans the entire supply chain-from upstream sourcing to midstream transportation and downstream distribution. He has overseen the development of turnkey logistical frameworks involving rail, trucking, and marine vessels, ensuring timely and efficient dry and wet cargo movement across volatile global markets.

Throughout his career, Glenn has negotiated and executed multimillion-dollar fuel and energy transactions, managed national and international contracts, and led the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure solutions that meet regulatory and operational demands.
